1) Buying J.K. Rowling's new book. I haven't had the time to read it yet, but I hope to delve into it sometime this week. I'll let you know how it is!
2) Successful Pinterest recipes. I made this cheesy broccoli quinoa casserole this weekend and it was delish! Definitely something I'll be making again. I followed this receipe here!
3) Repurposed wine bottle decor. All you need is some spray paint, glitter, and double sided tape to make pretty, sparkly wine bottles for a fireplace mantel! More on this later in the week.
4) So fresh and so clean, clean. Huckleberry went to the groomers to get a much needed scrub-a-dub-dub. He was rewarded for his good behavior with treats and TV watching. His favorites.
Some reading material, good food, sparkly decor, and a cute cuddly puppy!! What more does one need in life?!
Also, don't forget to enter the Shabby Apple giveaway here! Winner will be announced this Thursday, October 4th!

He is so cute. Is it expensive where you are for grooming? I asked once & they wanted like $25 to give my Lab a bath. Ummm no way.
Those vases are super cute too - can't wait to see more about those!

I love J.K. Rowling, you'll have to let me know what you think of her new book. I have it on my wishlist right now!
Your mantel is looking beautiful!
You'll have to let me know how you like that book! I bet it is going to be great :D
Love the re-purposed wine glasses!
Such a cute puppy!
I'm excited to hear what you think of the book... I saw it in Barnes and Noble tonight and got excited! And LOVE the wine glasses!
Love it! Can't wait to hear your take on the JK Rowling book. Is there anything more divine than a clean puppy? And that recipe looks amazing! I'll have to check it out...
I can't wait to read JK's new book!
Ohmygosh ohmygosh ohmygosh! Have you read it yet (The JK Rowling book, obviously)? I'm dying to get my hands on a copy! But the only thing I've heard about it was that my mom heard a bad review on the radio :P
Also, on an unrelated note, thanks for stopping by my blog! I'm so glad you like it - and my photography :) And Scout is actually a nickname someone gave me in high school. He gave it to me shortly after we read To Kill a Mockingbird in class, but I've never had the guts to ask if it was related or not. I totally wish it was my real name, though!
Love,
Scout
