Friday Letters

Dear Steven - Only 4 more weeks until we're husband and wife. Thank you for dealing with my crazy emotional state lately. I have the tendency to get lost in the minute details in life, but you never fail to reach in and pull me out right before I get pulled in deeper. Those details, I tell ya, they can be suffocating. Dear Huckleberry - You like squash. I'll add that to the list. Dear Wedding - My to-do list concerning you is quickly dwindling. I still have to get my engagement ring cleaned, order flowers, and get my dress fitted. All will be complete by next Wednesday. Do you know how wonderful Wednesday is going to feel? Dear Readers - Thank you for reading my blog! It's funny that someone besides my mother reads this now...but the comments and emails I read are so encouraging and so much fun! I have genuinely enjoyed this blogging experience and the totally odd relationships that have formed because of it! Life is funny.  Dear Slugs - You are EVERYWHERE! I need to call a slug exterminator! Dear Washington State Residents Who May Read This Blog - Are you experiencing a slug infestation too? We should form a support group.

I only see the slugs when it rains or right after. Which has been this whole week, basically. They are gross and its even worse when you accidentally step on one then track it into the house.

LOL! Slug exterminator...AWESOME! I live in Eastern Washington, Tri Cities, and even with all of the rain that you all sent our way this week, no slugs! YAHOO! What gross little creatures! Have an awesome weekend!

Sorry about your slugs. I don't think I've ever seen one. It is kind of fun to develop weird blog relationships. I don't know you but I'm totally jazzed about your wedding in four weeks. So exciting!!

Ugh, slugs are disgusting. We've got them everywhere in England. I don't know if it's in the States, but here the slugs can, if eaten by dogs, cause lungworms. Just want Huckleberry to be safe!!

Ohmygosh, Congratulations! Okay, I have to say this. Huckleberry is so darn cute! Especially the "Dear Grandma" posts! It must take a lot of creativity to write from a dog's point of view like that!

I just found your blog and spent an hour reading all your posts about the pup. Is that weird? Haha, never mind... He's adorable! And I'm really pleased to find someone who has the same relationship with their dog that I do. Some people just don't understand...

yup! So many slugs!!! No idea why there are so many this year.. Maybe because we didnt have a crazy cold winter? Or maybe because its kinda just wet lately.. Once it gets hot they all go away!
