Henrietta was replaced this weekend by Jon Paul.
OH, HELLO Jon Paul!!
Although Henrietta will be greatly missed, it is pretty sweet to have a 27in iMac. Currently, I am in the process of transferring documents, photos and music from one Mac to the other. I have successfully saved all my important documents {financial records, my many stories, poems and novels in progress, etc} and am so, sooooo happy that they are safe and secure on my new Mac! Unfortunately, the whole hotstickycoffeespillingallovermykeyboard incident has corrupted the program that stores all my photos and I think a lot of them are gone forever....
...Please, give me a second to wipe my tears and pick myself up off the floor...
Pictures or no pictures!! I've decided you all have waited long enough and will get my engagement story this week! If the computer issues are not resolved within the next 2 days or so I'll just draw you pictures, I'll steal engagement pictures from other blogs we will just have a photo-less post.
I hope you have a lovely Monday!

John Paul ???
Your stories make my day!
Yay for Jon Paul!!! Let me know what you think of the iMac compared to laptop. We're considering upgrading to desktop...and I love mine at work!!
Hope you had a great weekend!
Caitlin
I'm so sorry you lost most/all your pictures. Thats the first thing I thought of back when you mentioned your coffee incident! I wouldn't blame you a single bit if you DID shed a few tears over 'em ... pictures are important.
But thankfully it was only pictures and not the people in them haha.
You know, you shouldn't be so funny. I laughed throughout this post and yet the content is mildly (verging on severely) depressing. Poor Hen-girl. Jon Paul better treat you right. Is he coffee-proof?
Haha, great name for a computer! This post is hilarious. Can't wait for the story.
This young lady should have taught you a valuable lesson - backup-backup-backup. A few silly dollars and you can have a backup that saves thousands of pictures and documents. I sadly had to learn the hard way too!
P.S. You are inspiring me to name my new beast that arrived today. Not a mega iMac, but a...(honey, what is this thing?)...Inspiron touch screen huge thingy. Can't wait to do my photo editing on it and it displays crystal clear graphics. Hubby is setting it up now...in b/w dozing off. (We are tired, old folks.)
So...a name. A name. Hmmm...
How's Jon Paul treating you?
I love my "Henrietta"....but HELLO JOHN PAUL! Oh my ;)
